1. Engagement

  • Introduction to GS Thermal Solutions product and services
  • Explore the opportunities and needs
  • Initiate design questions necessary for facility design and implementation

2. Preliminary design

  • Evaluate space and floor plan design to make sure it sufficient for grow, mechanical, and administration operations
  • Rough system layout according to the requirement from question/answer form
  • Estimate energy consumption and payback compare to industrial standard design

3. Design feedback and implementation

  • Discussion of preliminary design
  • Establish milestone and deliverable
  • Cost estimation for products and services

4. Finalize system design and Implementation

  • Finalize the equipment selection, cost, delivering time and installation process
  • Issuing PO and initial payment
  • Apply and processing any incentive and a rebate from local government and utility companies

5. Installation of equipment

  • Working with facility managers and contractors for system installation
  • Integration between mechanical and facility control systems
  • Startup and commissioning

6. Follow-up services

  • System training
  • System performance optimization
  • Complete system tuning and operation recommendation
